Remember you don’t know what you don’t know and sometimes a little help can make a huge difference not only to your business but quality of life as well.
Our online business coaching program is Personal Training for Your Business Goals and is typically a 10 – 12 week program with weekly modules making it easy to work through at your own pace without adding any pressure. Once part of the program, you have access to come back at any time to revisit your answers and / or my feedback.
This program is for people who want to improve their focus, make the best use of their time and grow their business and profits. It is also designed knowing that time and funds are often the two things in short supply in micro / small business. 3 options let you to control your budget and as the program is available 24/7 you can also chose when you complete each module.
It works like this: Each module is a series of questions designed to make you think about your business (which we don’t generally do in the day to day running of our businesses), which enables you to clarify where you are now, where you want or would like to get to, and the practical steps and actions required to get you there. You complete each module online and then I respond providing objective feedback, validating your response or sometimes challenging your assumptions. I will also prompt you with additional questions, tools and suggestions which will give you insight and encouragement to succeed in your business. Depending on the option you choose we may have sessions on the phone or Skype as well.
Who am I? You could think of me as someone who has most likely been in the situations you are faced with, or as a person to bounce ideas off, someone who’s not here to judge your master plan, but who will accompany you on the journey to getting there (maybe testing the reality of some of your assumptions along the way!)
The following outlines the modules we’ll go through together;
About Your Coaching: Is an introduction to business coaching followed by an overview of the business coaching package.
About You: This enables me, as your business coach, to get to know you and to tailor suitable interactive sessions for you.
About your Business: This enables me to get an understanding of the background and history of your business, so that I might be more relevant with my input.
Quick Business Review: This session is a number of questions to help you think about how effectively you run as a business.
Business Diagnostics: You will work through a number of diagnostics to analyse your current situation and determine the timing and order of your subsequent sessions as we begin to identify your specific priorities.
Vision and Brand: This is vital to determine how you want to run your business and the way in which your vision / brand influences your whole organisation.
Finances: Finances are important in business and if read properly are the scorecard of our business and something we need to be able to do. This module is designed to get you thinking about the basic financial information you need to run your business successfully.
Business Planning: Most businesses are an asset and at some point the value should be realised. Here we determine your exit strategy, and how this impacts on your revenue and sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators: To improve we need to know how we have done and measuring key areas of your business helps us achieve this. We work out what the important areas are and identify ways to measure them and help you set targets to keep your business on track.
Customer focus: Customers are the life blood of any business and given that it is five times more effective to spend money on retaining current customers than to gain new ones, we examine what you are doing to keep your current clients happy and therefore coming back for more.
Marketing: People need to know about you / your business before they can use / buy from you and we help you discover more ways of getting more of the customers you really want and work with you to refine your marketing techniques and introduce you to new ones.
Sales: Here we examine what may be stopping you from getting the customer to sign on the dotted line and what you can do to improve your sales conversion rates.
Time management: All small to medium business owners wear too many hats and sometimes this leads to feeling overwhelmed. We look at priorities and ways of getting it all done.
Summary: Complete the questionnaire to reflect on the process you have undergone and the impact it has had.
